Acceptance
By using aidatacenterguide.com (“the Guide”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Guide.
The service
The Guide is an open reference on AI-data-center strategy, siting, power, cooling, compute, operations, and economics, plus interactive calculators and a grounded assistant (“Ask the Guide”). Some features require a free account. Paid plans may be offered in future on the additional terms shown at purchase.
Not professional advice
The Guide, its calculators, and assistant answers are for general information and education only. They are not engineering, financial, investment, legal, tax, or safety advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional or primary sources. Figures are estimates that change over time; models are simplified screening tools. Verify anything you rely on — decisions worth millions should not rest on a screening model or an AI-generated answer. You use the Guide at your own risk.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and understand that you are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically harvest the content, and do not resell or redistribute it wholesale.
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits on the assistant or any API.
- Do not reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Guide’s text, data, calculators, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may read, quote, and link to it with attribution for reference purposes; you may not reproduce substantial portions or present it as your own. Calculator share-links you create point back to the Guide.
Your submissions
If you submit a correction or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and publish it — with credit where you provide it — to improve the Guide.
Paid plans
If and when paid plans launch, pricing, billing (via Stripe), renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout and form part of these Terms. Taxes may apply.
Third-party services & links
The Guide relies on and links to third parties; we are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Guide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Guide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Guide or your breach of these Terms.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms (we will revise the date above) and may suspend access for violations. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts. Questions: editors@aidatacenterguide.com.
