OCP TCS row-manifold pre-commissioning guideline: flush end-point at the loop outlet, as conductivity and turbidity

≤60 µS/cm (or within 10–20 µS/cm of procedure water); <5 NTUrecommendation

Value kindrecommendation — Recommendations are design guidance, not measured facts; validate them against the project boundary conditions.
ScopeApplies to cleaning row-manifold pipework before it connects to liquid-cooled racks and CDUs. The outlet is released when its conductivity is within 10–20 µS/cm of the procedure water (itself at most 50 µS/cm) or at most 60 µS/cm, and turbidity is reliably below 5 NTU. It is not a release limit for coolant entering cold plates, and it is not the limit on the water used to flush: OCP's PG25 guideline (Rev 2.0, 2026-09-15) sets that input water at below 25 µS/cm and 1 NTU. The approved fluid supplier and the OEM set the cold-plate and working-fluid criteria.
CaveatA pipework pre-commissioning end-point, not a cold-plate or working-coolant release limit.
